Account Registration

To fully access the features of HomeCollab, you will need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

Login and Myinfo by Singpass

Some features of HomeCollab will require Singpass verification. By using these features, you consent to the use of Singpass as a mode of identity verification.

User Responsibilities

  • a. You are solely responsible for the information you provide on HomeCollab, and you agree to keep your account credentials secure.
  • b. You agree not to engage in any activity that could interfere with the proper functioning of HomeCollab or compromise the security of our platform.
  • c. You agree to use the platform in a responsible manner which includes making contact with other users for the sole purpose of property-related matters.
  • d. You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities.
  • e. You agree to authorize HomeCollab to purchase, at its expense, relevant property information or details of your property or properties.
  • f. You agree to allow HomeCollab to verify your particulars during the appointment.
  • g. You agree to allow HomeCollab to take 3D imaging of your property or properties during your appointment.

Transactions and Agreements

  • a. HomeCollab facilitates connections between sellers and buyers. We are not a party to any transactions or agreements that may arise between users.
  • b. Users are responsible for conducting their due diligence and ensuring the legality and accuracy of information related to property transactions.
  • c. Users are recommended to consult legal or any relevant professionals concerning their property transactions.

Content Ownership

  • a. Users retain ownership of their content uploaded to HomeCollab. By providing content, you grant HomeCollab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content.

Disclosure of Property and Contact Information

  • a. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property or properties for sale that is or are listed on HomeCollab.
  • b. You agree to provide your phone number and ensure that it is always updated for HomeCollab and users of HomeCollab to contact you.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • a. HomeCollab provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for your purposes.
  • b. HomeCollab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Modifications to Terms

HomeCollab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms to stay informed of any changes.

Collections and Usages of NRIC Numbers

HomeCollab will collect NRIC numbers to accurately establish or verify the identity of users in accordance to the "ADVISORY GUIDELINES ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT FOR NRIC AND OTHER NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS" issued 31 August 2018. More Info
